The Roasting Process:
In the roasting process, the coffee beans pass through different stages.
First, the water from the bean evaporates.
Then, the bean expands to twice it's volume, causing the skin to break off.
The bean color changes: light green - yellow- light brow- dark brown.
The Coffee aroma develops from multiple chemical reactions as the bean is
roasted.
In the green form, the coffee has barely no aroma.
